Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Here’s how returns and refunds are handled for different types of items in the shop:

Custom Printed Items (POD products)

  • Damaged or Defective: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at contact@homemadehooplah.com. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Size Issues: Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Due to the custom nature of these items, I do not offer exchanges for size.

  • Change of Mind:

    • UK & EU Customers: Returns are accepted within 14 days under local laws. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

    • Other Countries: I do not accept returns for change of mind.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your files, email me and I’ll help resolve it.

Affiliate/Curated Items (Amazon, Target, etc.)

These items are fulfilled through third-party retailers. For returns or issues, please follow the return process of the original retailer (e.g., Amazon’s returns system).

Items from Other Suppliers

Some items may be fulfilled by alternate print or product suppliers.

  • Damaged or Defective: Contact me within 7 days with a photo. I’ll coordinate a replacement or refund based on the supplier’s policy.

  • Size Issues: Exchange policies vary by supplier. Please review sizing information on the product page.

  • Change of Mind:

    • UK & EU Customers: Accepted within 14 days, item must be unused and in original packaging.

    • Other Countries: No change-of-mind returns are accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping for defective or damaged items is covered by me or the supplier.

  • Return shipping for size issues or change-of-mind returns is the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

I do not offer exchanges. If eligible, return the item as described above and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense unless defective.

Refunds

You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received a refund, please contact me.
